On September 30, the OSCE PA Special Representative on the South Caucasus Kristian Vigenin accompanied with the Head of the Armenian Delegation to OSCE PA Hermine Naghdalyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.

The guest laid flowers at the eternal fire and honoured the memory of the Holy Martyrs. Kristian Vigenin had also been in the Armenian Genocide Museum-Institute, got acquainted with the exhibits and the archive documents and left a note in the Memory Book.

The OSCE PA Special Representative on the South Caucasus noted that we should not forget the crime committed against mankind and added: “Everybody in the planet is obligated to visit this museum in order to remember and not to forget what happened.”
