At December 29 sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated Koryun Nahapetyan the draft law on Amending the RA Criminal Code was debated in the second reading. The key speaker Karine Atshemyan noted that during the period from the first reading to the second reading recommendations and amendments had been made.
The legislative package on Amending the RA Criminal Code, on Amending the RA Law on Provision of Road Traffic Security, on Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements, on Amending the RA Law on State Duty was debated in the first reading.
