Taking into consideration that by the edition of 2015 the Chapter 7 of the RA Constitution enters into force on assuming his position by the newly elected President of the Republic and before that the appropriate provisions of the Constitution with amendments of 2005 continue functioning, hence under Article 83 of the Constitution the RA NA President Ara Babloyan proposed Hrayr Tovmasyan to the RA National Assembly for appointing him in the vacant position of the Member of the Constitutional Court.
