We inform you that under Part 2 of Article 96 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, that is: “The President of the National Assembly shall be immediately notified of the deprivation of liberty of the Deputy” by the document of the Special Investigation Service of the Republic of Armenia of 22 April 2018 it has been informed that the Members of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, Sasun Mikayelyan and Ararat Mirzoyan have been arrested for implementation of actions established by Parts 1 and 2 of Article 225.1 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia.
