On May 16, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Khosrov Harutyunyan considered a number of draft laws concerning the tax sphere, as well as international agreements at the sitting.
The RA Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan presented the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on State Duty to the Committee members.
The RA Deputy Minister of Agrculture Robert Makaryan presented for debate in the first reading the legislative package on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Tax Code, on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Law on Notification of the Activity Implementation and the on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Law on State Duty.
The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Davit Ananyan presented for debate the draft laws on ratification of the Convention and the protocol on ratification of international documents.
At the Standing Committee sitting all debated legislative initiatives were endorsed for being included in the draft laws of the agendas of the session and the regular sittings.
At the authors’ proposal the debate of a number of draft laws was postponed.
