On June 5, the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care and Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan debated the RA draft law on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Law on Provision, Service and Social Guarantees of the Officials’ Activity. The key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Smbat Saiyan has noted that the goal of the amendments is to make corresponding some provisions of the draft law with the new realities, taking into consideration the new constitutional regulations.
The Committee endorsed the draft law in the first reading to revise within three days, as well as include it in the draft law of the RA NA sittings’ agenda on June 12, 2018. The Committee accepted the proposal of organizing the second reading of the draft law after passing it in the first reading within 24 hours.
