At June 8 sitting moderated Khosrov Harutyunyan the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs considered a number of draft laws presented in the first and second reading which related to the tax sphere and the privatization of the state property.

The Deputy Head of the State Property Management Department adjunct to the RA Government Volodya Gasparyan presented for debate the draft law on Approving the Annual Report for 2017 of the State Property Privatization Programme Fulfillment for 2017-2020.

The MPs asked a number of questions which referred to the privatization policy, the financial means entered into the state budget, the expediency of the privatization of different state structures and other problems.

The Committee endorsed the draft law fro including it in the draft laws of the agendas of the session and regular sittings.

The MPs debated the draft law on Making Addendum to the RA Law on State Duty and on on Making Amendments and Addendum to the RA Tax Code and the package of the enclosed draft laws.

The RA NA Standing Committee on European Integration moderated by Naira Zohrabyan was held.

A decision was made to jointly with the NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Youth and Sport organize public hearings themed the RA Cultural Policy Problems: New Perspectives of Cooperation.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan debated and endorsed the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2017 included in the agenda of the third session of the sixth convocation of the RA National Assembly.

Afterwards the Committee debated the certificate on the procedure of the execution of the state budget for the first quarter of 2018.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Armen Hayrapetyan and the RA First Deputy of the State Revenue Committee Rafik Mashadyan also touched upon the main macro-economic developments and indices of the execution of the state budget for the first quarter of the current year. The RA CB Deputy Chairman Nerses Yeritsyan presented the assessment and the activities on the policy being implemented.
