At June 11 sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment moderated by Vardevan Grigoryan considered in the second reading considered the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Land Code and the enclosed package of draft laws.
The key speaker the RA Minister of Nature Protection Erik Grigoryan noted that after the first reading recommendations had not been submitted.
The member of the Standing Committee Aram Harutyunyan highlighted the adoption of the legislative package and proposed his colleagues to endorse it.
The Committee was unanimously for the legislative initiative and including it in the draft lws of the upcoming regular sittings’ agenda.
