UN Electoral Needs Assessment Mission in Parliament

On June 27, the representatives of the UN Electoral Needs Assessment Mission team led by Costanza Lucangeli had meetings with the members of the RA NA Yelq/Way Out, the RPA, Tsarukyan and ARF factions.
During the meetings the sides discussed issues related to the improvement of the RA Electoral Code, the amendment of the electoral system, the terms of the parliamentary extraordinary elections, getting necessary equipment and technical support for holding elections.
The Head of the team Costanza Lucangeli expressed readiness to support Armenia in the process of the process of the amendments to the Electoral Code.
