At July 11 extraordinary sitting, the RA NA Standing Committee on State and legal Affairs and Protection of Human Rights moderated by the Committee Deputy Chair Rustam Makhmudyan debated and endorsed a number of legislative initiatives.
The RA Minister of Justice Artak Zeynalyan presented the draft law on Amnesty of Fines Applied for a Number of Administrative Infringements, the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Civil Procedure Code and the draft law on Amending the RA Law on Announcement System.
On the same day at the extraordinary sitting moderated by the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on European Integration Naira Zohrabyan the draft law on Ratifying the Memorandum of Mutual Understanding on the RA Participation to the Programme Creative Europe of the Union for the Cultural and Creative Spheres between the RA Government and European Commission was debated.
At the extraordinary sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations the draft law on Ratifying this Memorandum of Mutual Understanding presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Culture Nazeni Gharibyan was also debated.
The Committee also debated the draft law on Ratifying the Protocol on Amending the Treaty of 29 May 2014 on Eurasian Economic Union presented by the RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan
As a result of debate, the draft laws were endorsed.
