I congratulate all of you on International Youth Day, I wish you to have your light desires come true, and in collective sense – the mission of your generation.

Today, Armenia goes on the way of strengthening of independence and being integrated into the ongoing processes and becoming the active participant. In fact, you should learn the achievements of the human thought and open new horizons for further development and reinforcement of Armenia.

You are reserved a practical role especially in the establishment of the civil society, in strengthening of democratic principles of all spheres of state and public life, as well as the formation of the effective system of the state administration.

Your successes and victories are the successes of Armenia and Artsakh, because you are going to develop the Armenian culture, science and economy and provide the dignified place of our Motherland in the world. Thus, all the problems regarding the youth have been and shall remain at the centre of special attention of the state. Be sure that everything is done for the full manifestation your professional capabilities and reaching successes.
