Sitting of Parliament Not Held

On December 5, the sitting of the National Assembly was not held because of lack of a quorum. At 10:00 appropriate number of deputies was not registered. Under the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure , the deputies’ registration continued 4 hours during which necessary number of deputies was also not registered.
