Statement by RA NA President Ararat Mirzoyan on Resignation of NA Deputy Vahagn Grigoryan

On January 15, under Part 1 of Article 155 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure the deputy of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Grigoryan presented his resignation.

Under Part 2 of Article 155 of the Constitutional Law of the Republic of Armenia the NA Rules of Procedure after issuing the resignation, during one week, the deputy takes back his resignation in written form, then the President of the National Assembly makes statement on it, if he does not take back the resignation, then makes a record on suspension of his authorities which he the President of the National Assembly signs and issues. After the moment of issuing the record the resignation is considered accepted,” the statement of the Head of the parliament reads.
