In 2000 he graduated from the Department of Management of Yerevan State Institute of Economics, receiving the qualification of Economist-Manager.
In 2002 he graduated from the RA School of Management, receiving the qualification of the Specialist on State Administration and Local Self-Government.
In 2010 he defended the scientific thesis “The Problems of Information Systems Modeling of Organization Management” in the Department of Economics of Yerevan State University and received PhD on Economic Sciences.
