At June 5 joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Defense and Security and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Andranik Kocharyan and Mane Tandilyan the executive papers of the annual report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2018 of the financial means and programmes of the RA Emergency Situations, the RA Police and the RA National Security Service were debated.
The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan noted that in 2015 stable economic environment was recorded, as a result of which, the designed programme indices were implemented in almost all spheres.
The Director of the RA National Security Service (NSS) Artur Vanetsyan, the RA Head of Police Valery Osipyan and the RA Minister of Emergency Situations Felix Tsolakyan presented the expenditures of their spheres.
The speakers answered the MPs’ numerous questions, which mainly related to the problems existing in the spheres.
The Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs mane Tandilyan informed that the executive paper of the annual report on the RA State Budget Execution for 2018 of the RA Defense sphere will be debated in the near future behind the closed doors.
