Reforms of Electoral Code

The process directed to the electoral reforms continues in the RA National Assembly. The works of the Reform Working Group initiated by the Speaker of the Parliament Ararat Mirzoyan with the RA NA all factions will be implemented in accordance with the principles of participation transparency. This means that they will provide real opportunities of effective participation for all concerned parties in the phase of creation of the legislative draft amendment and during the debate of that draft.

Those opportunities will not limited by organizing debates with the beneficiaries, but they will design launching of recommendations by correspondence for all those concerned. You can send the recommendations by the e-mail electoralreform@parliament.am for presenting those recommendations.

Besides, the specialized NGOs, having minimum experience of that sphere, also can submit a request for taking part in the works of the Electoral Reform Working Group.

Visit of RA NA Delegation to Latvia
