On September 24, a meeting with the Director of Kosovo Film Centre, Producer, Expert on the Elaboration of the Draft Law Arben Zharku was held on the initiative of the members of the RA NA Standing Committee on Science, Education, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sport Harutyun Babayan, Anna Kostanyan, Vahagn Tevosyan and the Independent Filmmakers Community of Armenia (IFCA).
Arben Zharku presented his professional passed path and the history of the success in the cinema sphere. According to him, cinema can play a great role in the world for making recognizable the small countries. The Director of Kosovo Film Centre expressed readiness for sharing experience on voluntary bases and providing experts' advice in elaboration of the law on the RA Cinema.
The representatives of the Independent Filmmakers Community of Armenia (IFCA) talked about the issues concerning the development of the Armenian cinematography and presented the works to be done in the future.
The Armenian parliamentarians highlighted Arben Zharku’s involvement in the Armenian cinema development and expressed hope that the cooperation with the latter would be continuous.
