On December 3, the RA National Assembly began the work of the regular sittings.

After approving the agenda of the regular sittings the parliament debated in the second reading the bill on Amending the RA Law on Service in the National Security Bodies and the enclosed package of bills.

The parliament in the first reading debated the bill on Making Addendum to the RA Law on State Duty. The RA Chair of the Civil Aviation Committee Tatevik Revazian presented the amendments to be made to the bill.

The member of RA NA Standing Committee Karen Hambardzumyan presented the endorsement and highlighted the adoption of the draft law.

Afterwards the bill on International Treaties of the Eurasian Economic Union with Third States, International Organizations or International Integration Associations was debated.

According to the RA Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan, the whole procedure of signing the treaties is distinctly regulated by the Agreement.

The RA Deputy Minister of Economy Varos Simonyan presented for debate in the first reading the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendments to the RA Law on Protection of Economic Competition.

Arkady Khachatryan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Arman Poghosyan presented the revisions made in the RA draft law on Accounting with the legislative package was debated in the second reading.

Yeghishe Soghomonyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs.

Mane Tandilyan presented the endorsement of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction.

In his final speech Arman Poghosyan answered the MPs’ voiced questions.

The National Assembly in the second reading debated the legislative package on a number of laws regarding taxes, employment, martial law etc.

The MPs have not presented proposals in written form on the abovementioned draft laws.

The parliament in the second reading debated the bill on Making Addendum and Amendment to the RA Law on Medicine presented by the RA Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan.

The parliament debated in the first reading the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the law on Remuneration of the Persons with State Offices and State Service Offices.

Lusine Badalyan presented the endorsement of the Head Committee.

The RA Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arman Udumyan presented the negative conclusion of the government.

At the last sitting of the day the MPs made announcements.

The parliament will continue the work on December 4.
