On December 18, the delegation led by the Chairman of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Konstantin Kosachev accompanied by the Chairman of the RA NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan, the RA NA Deputy Speakers Alen Simonyan and Vahe Enfiajyan, as well as the Head of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction Edmon Marukyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.
The Armenian and Russian parliamentarians laid flowers at the eternal fire immortalizing the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims and honoured the memory of the Holy Martyrs.
