NA Speaker Makes a Decision
“Taking as a basis Paragraph 1 of Part 8 of Article 41 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, as well as Part 1 of Article 38 of the law on Normative Legal Acts, I MAKE A DECISION:
- Recognize the decision NO-16-L on Convening Extraordinary Sitting of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia of 30 January 2020 of the Speaker of the National Assembly invalid.
- Propose to comply the officially presented initiative of convening an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020 by the deputies of the National Assembly, the document on convening an extraordinary sitting, as well as the presented documents enclosed to it during three working days with the requirements of the Paragraph 2 of Parts 3, 4, 5 and 7 of Article 41 of the RA Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure,” the decision signed by the NA Speaker on January 31 reads.
