At February 5 sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Defense and Security moderated by Andranik Kocharyan the draft law on Material Reserve and the package of the enclosed draft laws were debated and endorsed.
According to the RA Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations Ara Nazaryan, the analysis of the experience of years shows that in the conditions of the free economic relations formed in Armenia the process of the development of the material reserve is not provided. The RA NA deputy Kristine Poghosyan presented the endorsement of the draft laws, noting that there were closed debates on a number of items.
The Committee in the first reading debated the legislative initiative by the deputies of the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Artur Dallakyan and Artyom Tsarukyan.
As a result of debate, the draft law was endorsed. It will be jointly revised with the government during the period of the debate from the first to the second reading.
The Committee in the second reading debated and endorsed the draft law on Making Addenda and Amendment in the RA Code on Administrative Infringements authored by the deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Gevorg Papoyan.
It was proposed to include the draft laws in the draft agendas of the fourth session of the NA seventh convocation and the NA regular sittings.
