On February 5, the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan signed a decision:

“Taking as a basis the initiative of the deputies of the National Assembly on convening an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020, at 11:00 a.m. and the decisions NACD-007-L and NACD-008-L of 5 February 2020, being led by Part 1 of Article 100 of the Constitution and the Paragraph 2 of Part 8 of Article 41 of the Constitutional Law of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly on 6 February 2020 at 11:00 a.m., convene an extraordinary sitting of the National Assembly with the initiator’s established following agenda:

1. The package of the draft laws on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Referendum and on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Constitutional Court (first reading),

2. The package of the draft laws on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law the NA Rules of Procedure, on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Referendum and on Making Addenda and Amendments to the Constitutional Law on Constitutional Court (second reading).

3. Draft Law to Amending the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia (first reading).”
