Debates of Annual Report on Execution of RA State Budget for 2019 at Joint Sitting of RA NA Standing Committees Continue

On June 8, at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Babken Tunyan and Mane Tandilyan the debates of the annual report on Execution of the RA State Budget for 2019 continued. They touched upon the formation of the incomes, the tax and customs policy. The attendees debated the executive documents of the incomes and expenditures of the industry, energy and natural resources, transport and communication, tariff policy, the protection of the economic competition, cadastre, urban development and water management.

The RA Minister of Finance Atom Janjughazyan has noted that the policy being pursued in the sphere of the state revenues and the programmes implemented stem from the programme main provisions of the Government.

The Deputy Chairman of the RA State Revenue Committee (SRC) Artur Manukyan documented that during the financial year three programmes were implemented. The expenditures were financed by the SRC extra-budgetary means.

According to the RA Minister of Econmy Tigran Khachatryan, in 2019 the development of the economy went on in quicker rates compared with the previous year. In 2019, 14 state budget programmes were implemented. It is designed to create 3320 new jobs.

The RA Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Suren Papikyan informed that during 2019, 28 state budget programmes were implemented. In the frameworks of the used money ten programmes of construction works were implemented in the regions.

As the Minister of Hi-Tech Industry Hakob Arshakyan assured, during 2019 five state budget programmes were implemented. The financial means were addressed to the provision of the activities of Gyumri and Vanadzor technological centres.

The Chairman of the RA Public Services Regulatory Commission Garegin Baghramyan noted the expenditures provided in the frameworks of the sphere regulation programme.

The Chairman of the RA Commission for the Protection of Economic Competition Gegham Gevorgyan assured that the allocated financial means were addressed to the elaboration of the policy in the sphere of the protection of the economic competition in the Republic of Armenia and the control expenditures.

The Head of the Cadastre Committee, the Body under the Government Suren Tovmasyan informed that during 2019 the programme Implementation of the State Policy in the Sphere of the Real Estate Cadastre Market was implemented.

The First Deputy Chairman of the Urban Development Committee, the Body under the Government Armen Ghularyan noted that during 2019 two state budget programmes were implemented by the responsibility of the Committee.

The MPs’ questions were related to the financing of the programmes implemented in the spheres and departments, the underfulfillment of some programmes, the expediency of the ways of the solutions of the existing problems, the urban development and the water supply.
