On July 29, the deputy of the RA NA Bright Armenia Faction Anna Kostanyan, the deputy of the RA NA My Step Faction Lilit Stepanyan and the deputy of the RA NA Prosperous Armenia Faction Arman Abovyan met with tha applicants left out as a result of 2020-2021 higher education entrance examination and their parents. The meeting was organized by the proposal of the members of the Claimer Applicant initiative.
The participants have noted that they have not been decently informed about the new order of the entrance examinations, according to which, the priority is given to the applicant’s filled in first application, which has caused problems. The applicants’ parents also informed that they were going to submit an application to the Administrative Court signed by 87 applicants’ parents for the protection of their rights.
The MPs expressed readiness to support them for solving the created situation. It was informed that after the meeting on behalf of the RA NA three factions a letter would be sent to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport.
