On September 2, the President of the RA National Assembly Ararat Mirzoyan accompanied by a group of deputies, being in Stepanakert on a working visit on the occasion of Independence Day of Artsakh Republic, visited Brothers’ Cemetery-Memorial Complex of Stepanakert. The attendees paid tribute to the memory of the compatriots fallen for the defence of the Motherland and laid flowers at their graves.
