On September 11, the sitting of the NA Council moderated by the RA NA Speaker Ararat Mirzoyan.

Amendments and Addenda were made in the NA Council decision on Approving the Members of the Friendship Groups of the seventh convocation of the National Assembly, according to which Shake Isayan would be included in Armenia-Germany Friendship Group, and Vahe Enfiajyan would lead Armenia-Thailand Friendship Group instead of Sergey Bagratyan. Amendment was also made in the decision of the Council on Approving the members of the delegations of the seventh convocation of the National Assembly at Inter-Parliamentary Committees: Artyom Tsarukyan would replace Sergey Bagratyan in the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the National Assembly of Artsakh Republic. Mikayel Melkumyan would replace Sergey Bagratyan in the Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Member Nations of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IPA CIS).

The draft laws of the agendas of the fifth session of the seventh convocation of the National Assembly and regular sittings to be convened on September 14 were discussed and approved. The sequence and duration of the discussion of the agenda items of the regular sittings were established.
