On February 18, at the NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs within the framework of the UNDP Project the experts Ara Ghazaryan and David Asatryan focused on the mechanisms of the regulation of combating hate speech on the territorial network. The report of the survey ‘The Regulation of Hate Speech in the RA Legislation’ was presented. The mechanism designed for the regulation can prevent the spreading of hate speech, reducing the consequences of its dissemination.

The Committee members and the experts agreed to create a dialogue platform, also involving in it the concerned organizations to manage and control the territorial network.
