Dear colleagues of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, I call on you again to spread statements, to write letters, to work with your Ministers of Foreign Affairs for promoting the problem of the return of the Armenian captives.

The representatives of the Azerbaijani Parliament complain that we, the representatives of the Armenian Parliament, are not constructive. They can pin hope constructive attitude from our side only in case of going to their government and demanding to immediately release the Armenian captives.
