On July 20, the French Member of European Parliament (EP), the Chair of the Subcommittee on Security and Defence of the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Head of the La Republique en Marche Party Delegation Nathalie Loiseau, who had arrived in Armenia, visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex. The Head of the NA Delegation to PACE, the Chair of the NA Standing Committee on Foreign Relations Ruben Rubinyan accompanied her.

Nathalie Loiseau laid flowers at the eternal fire perpetuating the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims as a sign of memory to Holy Martyrs. Mrs Loiseau noted that she was impressed by the Museum. According to the EP Representative, the whole world should know and remember about the Armenian Genocide so it never be repeated. She also highlighted the issue of the Armenian Genocide international recognition.

Leaving a note in the Book of Honourable Guests, the French MEP noted: “The entire world should recognize the Armenian Genocide, as France had done.”
