The Head of the RA NA Armenia Faction Seyran Ohanyan presented the viewpoint of the faction on the Government programme. According to the latter, there were no clear assessments related to the self-criticism, the criticism or the situation in the speeches of the political majority. In accordance with his assessment, the content inconsistency of risks, dangers and programmes with the problems of the state is the main and major shortcoming. A clear assessment of the military-political situation is not in the programme. “We reject the psychology of the loser, entering into the illusion of peace with Azerbaijan which is out of date and without bases. Of course, we are in favour of the transit role, and this is not the first time that it has been voiced here, but it should be only with reasonable solutions stemmed from our national and state interests. At this moment, unblocking the roads will bring a deep blockade for Armenia and Artsakh,” Seyran Ohanyan said.
