At August 26 sitting, Hayk Konjoryan gave a speech on behalf of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction. On his behalf and the faction, he apologized for the unacceptable incidents that took place in the NA session hall during the last few days and expressed hope that from now on they would prevent such incidents as much as possible. Konjoryan presented his position on the behaviour of the Head of the Armenia Faction Seyran Ohanyan in the session hall the day before, qualifying it as a blow to the RA people.
Referring to two important components of the programme: the establishment of dictatorship of law in the country and the opening of the era of peaceful development around Armenia, Konjoryan noted: “We will continue this commitment and carry out the mandate given to us by the RA people with honor.”
The faction will vote for the document.
