Answering to the journalist’s question, whether there is an agreement satisfying the Armenian side on the processes of demarcation and delimitation, Andranik Kocharyan has noted: “After establishing ceasefire, consultations are underway, and of course, we should enter the stage, started from which, we should be able to make the peace process and the process of easing the tension irreversible.
