Dear compatriots, 30 years ago our people with unanimous determination made their choice, making reality the centuries-old dream of having independence. During these years step by step we build the new citizen of the independent. Fighting, being disappointed time by time we rediscover ourselves in the great circulation of rights and responsibility. In this very situation we rely on our vision of the reality of independence.

On this memorable day we once again bow down before the memory of all of them, who did not spare their life for ensuring the defense and security of the country.

The independence has been and is our choice, on which we build statehood for 30 years. We’ll develop and prosper our country, and today such patriotism is necessary.
