On October 18, the President of the RA National Assembly Alen Simonyan received the delegation headed by the Chief of the Presidential Directorate for Interregional Relations and Cultural Contacts with Foreign Countries of the Russian Federation Igor Maslov. The delegates are in Armenia to take part in the Eighth Armenian-Russian Interregional Forum.
The sides discussed the opportunities of the implementation of the joint projects, as well as the perspectives for the creation of different platforms ensuring dialogue. The regional priorities of the legislative bodies’ activities were touched upon.
The Russian side made proposals for cooperation of different formats, and both sides highlighted the formation of joint agendas for their implementation.
