Annual Performances and Allocations of the Ministries Economy, Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, the Urban Development Committee Are Discussed

On June 1, at the joint sitting of the Standing Committees on Economic Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs the annual performances on the RA State Budget for 2021 by the Ministries of Economy, Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Hi-Tech Industry, the Public Services Regulatory Commission (PSRC) and the State Committee for Protection of Economic Competition, the State Revenue Committee, the Cadastre Committee and the Urban Development Committee were discussed.

The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan presented the performance of the previous year of the spheres of transport, water economy and energy, natural resources.

As the Minister informed 243bln AMD was allocated for 22 programmes and 16 measures for the envisaged 257bln AMD. The performance was 94.5%.

According to Gnel Sanosyan, during the reporting year 61.9bln AMD was allocated for the 3 programmes and 34 measures to the sphere of transport. 28.2bln AMD for 5 programmes and 38 measures to the sphere of water economy, and 41.8bln AMD for 3 programmes and 13 measures to the spheres of energy and natural resources. 132bln AMD was allocated to three spheres together, and the performance was 93.7%.

The Minister of Economy Vahan Kerobyan presented the implemented programmes and the budgetary allocations of the structure in 2021.

At the beginning of the year the budget allocated to the Ministry was 32bln 319mln 738 AMD, during the year it was specified and increased up to 45bln 698mln 731 AMD.

According to Vahan Kerobyan, the performance was 95%. The Ministry of Economy essentially overfulfilled the designed actions.

In the spheres of economy and tourism 7 programmes, 29 measures, in the sphere of economic development – 6 programmes and 25 measures, in the sphere of tourism one programme was carried out.

Touching upon the export volumes, the Minister underlined that 20% growth was recorded on the previous year.

According to Vahan Kerobyan, the trade and the services, the industry and the construction promoted the GDP per capita growth.

According to the Chairman of the Urban Development Committee Armen Ghularyan, in 2021, about 7.3bln AMD was allocated to the Committee. The actual performance was 6.8bln AMD or 94%. The capital expenditures were 6.2bln AMD from 6.8bln AMD, and the current expenditures – 653mln AMD.

During the year 2021, the state budget 2 programmes were carried out with the responsibility of the Committee.

The annual specified budget of the Cadastre Committee was 4bln 190mln AMD, the performance was 94.6%.

As the Head of the Cadastre Committee Suren Tovmasyan informed, the Committee had one programme and carried out several measures within its framework, and the most important one among them was the air video of the whole territory of the Republic, which was fully done.
