Expenditures of State Administration Bodies Presented

The Central Electoral Commission carried out 9 measures within the framework of 1 program in 2021. The performance was 93.9%. According to the pre-approved plan, 1 billion 865.6 million AMD should be allocated to this structure, but the adjusted plan was 6 billion 373 million AMD, in connection with the snap elections with the National Assembly and the local self-government bodies. As a result, 5 billion 985.8 million AMD was actually spent. The Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan said about this at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on State and Legal Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs held on June 2, during the preliminary discussions of the annual report on State Budget Execution of the Republic of Armenia for 2021.

The sitting was moderated by the Chair of the Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs Vladimir Vardanyan and the Chair of the Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs Gevorg Papoyan.

The Minister of Finance Tigran Khachatryan presented in general terms the performances of the sectoral structure, then those responsible for them referred to the implemented programs and events.

So, the Staff of the President of the Republic carried out 1 program with 3 measures in 2021. The actual expenditure was 1 billion 476 million AMD. The performance was 98.3%.

The National Assembly carried out 1 program with 6 measures in the reporting year. Pursuant to the annual report, it was initially approved to allocate 6 billion 90 million AMD, according to the adjusted plan, the expenditures were reduced to 5 billion 468 million AMD. The actual performance was 5 billion 4 million AMD - 98.8%. It is 613.5 million AMD or 12.8% more than the previous year.

It was envisaged to allocate 27 billion 555 million AMD to the Prime Minister’s Staff, according to the adjusted budget, the amount was 26 billion 189.7 million AMD, the actual performance was 23 billion 874 million AMD, 91.2%.

678.7 million AMD was actually allocated to the Constitutional Court, the performance was 99.4%.

The performance was 94.8% of the Supreme Judicial Council was 94.8%, the actual expenditure was 12 billion 418.2 million AMD.

The actual expenditure of the Ministry of Justice was 19.6 billion AMD in the reporting year, the performance was 83.3%. the expenditure was 8.4% compared to 2020.

The actual expenditure of the Prosecutor General’s Office was 6 billion 138 million AMD in 2021, the performance – about 100%.

The performance of the State Supervision Service was 94.7%, according to the adjusted plan, 714.5 million AMD was allocated.

The Investigative Committee carried out 1 program with 5 events. According to the revised plan, 8 billion 156.4 million AMD was allocated, the performance was 99%.

According to the adjusted plan, 259.2 million AMD was allocated to the Corruption Prevention Commission, the actual expenditure was 215 million AMD

The performance of the Special Investigation Service was 92% or 718 million AMD in the reporting year.

The performance of the Audit Chamber was 100%, 1 billion 143.8 million AMD was actually spent.
