In 2021, the Ministry, in general, implemented 22 programmes with 160 measures. The Government allocated 243 billion AMD for their implementation. The expenditure part was 201 billion AMD, the sub0credits – 42 billion AMD. The performance was 94.5%. The Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan said about this at the joint sitting of the NA Standing Committees on Territorial Administration, Local Self-Government, Agriculture and Environment and On Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs on June 3.

Within the framework of 111 billion 731 million AMD the expenditures on the territorial administration sphere, including the urban development expenditures were carried out. Here, the performance was 95.5%. 11 programmes with 75 measures were implemented. The largest was the programme Territorial development. 82 billion 800 million was designed to allocate for the implementation of this programme, but with the adjusted plan, 82 billion was allocated. The performance was 98%.

In the reporting year 64 billion 597 AMD subsidy was allocated to the local self-government bodies. 13 billion 752 million AMD is designed to allocate for the subvention programmes being provided to the marzes, but by the adjusted plan, 12 billion 310 million AMD was allocated. 927 million AMD was allocated for the implementation of the programme State Support Border Territories. The performance was 90.6%. According to the Minister, there is no underperformance: the expenditure of the residents’ consumed gas, energy and other expenditures have been that much. The Minister also presented the performances of the other performances.

The Mayor of the city of Yerevan presented the implemented the programmes and measures implemented in the city, noting that the actual revenue of Yerevan was 81 billion 729 million AMD, and the adjusted budget – 85 billion 801 million AMD. The performance was 95.3%. Touching upon the city transport, the Mayor informed that in the previous year 8.6-metre 211 buses were obtained. According to Hrachya Sargsyan, in the near future their number will increase: one month ago a contract was signed to buy 12-metre 87 buses.
