NA President’s Statement on Nomination of Candidates for Vacancies of Judges of Court of Cassation

Pursuant to Article 166.3 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Article 143.2 of the Constitutional Law the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly, the Higher Judicial Council nominated 3 candidates for 10 vacancies of the judges of the Court of Cassation.

The following candidates were nominated for 3 vacancies of the Administrative Chamber of the Court of Cassation

The following candidates were nominated for 4 vacancies out of 5 of the judicial composition of the corruption crime examination of the Anti-Corruption Chamber of the Court of Cassation
