Foreign Minister: Negotiation Process over the Peace Treaty to be Continued

The deputy of the NA Civil Contract Faction Lilit Kirakosyan inquired the Minister of Foreign Affairs about the elements of the peace treaty between Armenia and Azerbaijan based on the previously passed 5 principles.

“Is there any development in this direction?” the deputy asked.

The Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan informed that in the mid-March the 5 principles passed by Azerbaijan are known, they were published, and there is nothing inadmissible in them for the Armenian side. “This time the proposals passed by the Azerbaijani side, in fact, are built on those principles,” the Minister clarified, adding that normal negotiation process will continue.
