French Deputies Visit Soldier’s Home

On October 28, the deputies of the National Assembly of France Guillaume Kasbarian, Anne-Laurence Petel, Luc Lamirault, Mohamed Laquila and Sarah Tanzilli being in Yerevan on an official visit, visited the Soldier's Home Rehabilitation Center.

Meeting the guests, the Rector of Yerevan State Medical University (YSMU) Armen Muradyan presented the background of the structure and underlined that it is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment necessary for rehabilitation treatment, and there is no equivalent one in the whole region.

“The development of the health care of our country is on the basis of the hospital,” Soldier's Home Rehabilitation Center.

The guests took a tour in the Soldier's Home Rehabilitation Center, they were interested in the ongoing work, talked to the soldiers who were wounded in the Artsakh third war and received injuries of different degrees as a consequence of the Azerbaijani last aggression. They were interested in their health situation, followed the process of the rehabilitation of patients. The guests had an opportunity to watch a video film about the boys being treated in the Center, due to which they could know the soldiers closer and become part of their everyday life.

The deputies of the National Assembly of France admired the optimism and the unbreakable will of the young people of the Soldier’s Home.

Most of them have already overcome the post-war alarms and fears, the nightmare dreams and memories, the sleep disorders and the panic attacks.

The French guests wished the soldiers health and quick recovery.
