Ruben Rubinyan Receives EU Special Representative on Crisis for the South Caucasus and in Georgia Toivo Klaar
On October 29, the Vice President of the National Assembly, the Special Representative of Armenia on Armenia-Turkey normalization process Ruben Rubinyan received EU Special Representative on Crisis for the South Caucasus and in Georgia Toivo Klaar. Ruben Rubinyan presented the positions of the Armenian side on the normalization process to the interlocutor.
