The Head of the RA NA Civil Contract Faction Hayk Konjoryan, as Head of Armenia-USA Friendship Group, addressed with letters to the members of the U.S. House of Representatives, the Co-Chairs of the U.S. Congressional Armenian Caucus Gus Bilirakis, Frank Pallone, David Valadao, as well as the Vice-Chair of the Caucus Adam Schiff.

As Head of Armenia-Greece Friendship Group he addressed with a letter to the Head of Greece-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group Dimitrios Markopoulos.

As Chairman of the Inter-Parliamentary Committee on Cooperation between the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia and the House of Representatives of the Republic of Cyprus he addressed his colleague from Cyprus Harris Georgiades.

In his letters Hayk Konjoryan presented details over the criminal policy of Azerbaijan on unlawfully blockading the Lachin Corridor and causing humanitarian crisis in Artsakh.

He called on his colleagues to make all necessary efforts and to increase international pressure on Azerbaijan for opening the Lachin Corridor as soon as possible and fulfilling its assumed international obligations.
