Operating the buildings and the facilities that completed the construction without formulation for operation permission use of administrative fine will be designed. Appointment of fine is designed by the bill in the amount of from 500 times up to 700-times of the established minimum salary. The RA Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Vache Terteryan informed about this, presenting the draft law on Making Addenda to the RA Code on Administrative Offences during the sitting of the NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs convened on February 1.

According to the Deputy Minister, in continuing this the fine will be in the amount of from 1000 times up to 1500 times of the established minimum salary.

Vache Terteryan noted that the topicality of the law is conditioned by the circumstance that especially the residential multi-apartment buildings are operating without operation permission in most cases, which causes serious problems.

The Deputy Chair of the Committee Babken Tunyan inquired if the bill also refers to the individual houses. According to Vache Terteryan, the voiced issue is regulated by the decisions of the Government, and the problem of the multi-apartment buildings is regulated by the abovementioned draft. According to him, the operations permissions are differentiated, in case of individual houses they are different.
