On December 10, the members of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE) accompanied by the Chair of the RA NA Standing Committee on State and Legal Affairs, the member of the above-mentioned Committee Vladimir Vardanyan visited Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex.
The guests laid flowers at the Eternal Fire perpetuating the memory of the Armenian Genocide victims and honoured the memory of the Holy Martyrs.
