On November 6, the RA NA President Alen Simonyan received the delegation led by the Head of the Saudi-Arabia – Armenia Friendship Group of the Shura Council of the Kingdom of Saudi-Arabia Ali Muhammad Alshahrani.

The interlocutors’ discussions focused on a wide scope of issues regarding the strengthening of bilateral relations, including the topics referring to both the development of political relations and bilateral economic interests.

Reference was also made to the issues on the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan, especially attaching importance to the Crossroads of Peace project.

The members of the delegation, accompanied by the RA NA President, also toured the National Assembly building, getting acquainted with the history and conditions of the building.
