On November 1 at the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Health Care Maternity, Childhood and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Ara Babloyan and Gagik Minasyan the debates concerning the health care of the RA draft law “On the RA 2013 State Budget” continued.

The RA Deputy Minister of Finance Pavel Safaryan presented the financial allocations for 2013.

The RA Minister of Healthcare Derenik Dumanyan presented the programme policy of the health care.

In Mr Dumanyan’s word, in 2013 the main target of the health care will continue to remain the development of the primary circle of the medical aid.

In 2013 the Vanadzor, Meghri Medical Centres will be built, and the Abovyan, Kapan, Berd and Alaverdi Medical Centres will be repaired and completely furnished.

In Yerevan the works of the construction of the Oncological New Centre, the repair and the re-equipment of the Heamtological Centre will begin.

On the same day the joint sitting of the RA NA Standing Committees on Social Affairs and on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan and Gagik Minasyan was held, where Pavel Safaryan and the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan presented to the deputies’ debate the financial indices and programmes of the social sphere envisaged by the RA draft law “On the RA 2013 State Budget”.

According to the Minister the reforms being implemented in the sphere of the pension provision, the investment of the system of the integrated social services and the programmes in relation to the provision of the invalids’ rights.
