On November 8 the NA Standing Committee on Protection of Human Rights and Public Affairs moderated by Elinar Vardanyan summed up the outcomes of the debates concerning the sphere of human rights of the RA Draft Law “On State Budget for 2013”.

The Committee debated the issue of envisaging the bid presented by the Human Rights Defender for the maintenance expenditures of the Human Rights Defender Office.

As a result of voting, the members of the Committee endorsed the proposal.
