On April 22 the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan debated the package of bills “On Amending the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia” and “On Amending the RA Law on Compulsory Enforcement of Judicial Acts.” The key reporter, the Deputy Chairman of the RA Central Bank Nerses Yeritzyan has noted that the adoption of the package is conditioned by the necessity of the provision of the relevant legislative field for the special banking accounts in the RA.

Nerses Yeritzyan also presented the package of bills “On Amending the RA Law on Insurance and Insurance Activity” and “On Amending the Civil Code of the Republic of Armenia.”

The Committee endorsed the package of bills to be included in the agenda of the session.
