On January 27 the RA NA Standing Committee on Health Care, Maternity and Childhood moderated by Ara Babloyan debated the package of draft laws “On Enriching of Wheat Flour” and “On Amending the RA Code on Administrative Infringements,” which presented the RA Government.

After debating the package the Committee made a decision to postpone it up to one year. The Committee Chairman Ara Babloyan proposed to continue the studies. The Deputy Minister of Healthcare Sergey Khachatryan expressed willingness to continue the studies and work jointly.

The deputies also debated the draft law “On Amending the RA Law on Expedient Use of the Ecological Payments Being Paid by the Companies” authored by Ara Babloyan.

The draft law was endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the seventh session of the NA fifth convocation and February 2-5 four-day sittings.

The Committee also approved the schedule of the citizens’ receptions by the members of the Committee during the February-June, 2015.

The RA NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit and Budgetary Affairs moderated by Gagik Minasyan in the first reading debated the legislative package envisaging amendments to the law “On the Funds with Inviolable Capital,” “On Amending the RA Law on Funds,” and to a number of laws conditioned by them authored by the NA deputy Tevan Poghosyan.

As a result of debates, by the author’s proposal the debate of the legislative package was postponed up to one year.

The bills “On Amending the RA Law on Treasury System” and “On Amending the RA Law on Cash-Machine Operations” were debated in the first reading procedure. The Government endorsed the bills.

The bills with the endorsement of the Committee will be included in the draft law of the agenda of February 2-5 four-day sittings.

On the same day the RA NA Standing Committee on Social Affairs moderated by Hakob Hakobyan debated the package of draft laws “On Amending the RA Law on Foreigners” and “On Amending the RA Law on State Duty.”

The key speaker, the RA Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Artem Asatryan has informed that the by the draft law the procedure of providing job permission for the foreign citizens is specified.

The draft law “On Amending the RA Law on the RA Investigative Committee” was also considered.

The draft laws were endorsed to be included in the draft laws of the agendas of the seventh session of the ffith convocation and the February 2-5 four-day sittings.
