On January 29 the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs moderated by Vardan Ayvazyan in the first reading debated the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Profit Tax.” The key speaker, the RA Deputy Minister of Finance Vakhtang Mirumyan presented details.

The NA deputy Hrant Bagratyan submitted the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Guaranteeing the Compensation of the Physical Entities’ Banking Deposits.”

The RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication Artur Arakelyan presented the bill “On Amending the RA Law on Motorways.”

The Committee debated in the second reading the bills “On Compulsory Stamping of Magnetic, Optical, Digital, Laser and Any Type of Electronic Drives,” “On Amending the RA Law on Cash Register Operations” and “On Amending the RA Law on Approval of List of Goods Imported by Organization and Private Entrepreneurs, that Have '0' Customs Duty Rate and are not Subject to Excise Taxation and for which Value Added Tax Shall not be Calculated and Collected by Customs and Authorities” and “On Amending the RA Customs Code.”

At the sitting Hrant Bagratyan has removed from the circulation the bill “On Amending the RA Law on the Public Services Regulatory Body” authored by him.
